About Midwifery with Registered Midwife, BMid (Hons) - at Kingston University London

With a focus on immersive, practical learning, this suite enables you to build confidence and experience before entering the workplace. Placements in diverse maternity units across South London and Surrey enhance your training. You’ll graduate with invaluable real-world experience within varied communities.

Qualifications needed for 2025

For BMid (Hons):

  • UCAS tariff points: 120–128 for BMid (Hons), 64 for BMid (Hons) including foundation year. 

GSCEs at grade C/4 including English Language and Mathematics. Enhanced DBS check and Occupational Health Clearance. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. 

The typical requirement for entry for this course is 128 UCAS points, Health and Science subjects preferred: 

  • A levels ABB 
  • BTEC Extended Diploma Distinction Distinction Merit 
  • Access to HE course to value of 128 UCAS points normally achieved with 30 Distinctions and 15 Merits 

For BMid (Hons) with Foundation Year:

  • UCAS tariff points: 64

For BMid (Hons):
