This module is suitable for students from a range of clinical backgrounds, who follow up and care for people who have received a diagnosis of skin cancer.
This module aims to:
Develop knowledge and skills related to the principles of anatomical examination and pathophysiology underpinning patient assessment
Enhance clinical skills associated with assessment, in order to undertake safe examination for people diagnosed with skin cancer
Develop a critical understanding of the disease processes for skin cancer and the skills required to assess and manage these clients within professional boundaries and protocols
Identify opportunities to enhance patient care and service delivery
The Student Finance service provides student loans to help pay for tuition fees and the cost of living, depending on your circumstances.
You'll be charged interest on your loan as soon as you take it out, but you only start repayments once you earn more than a certain amount - currently £21,000.
Repayments are based on how much you earn, not how much you've borrowed.
