Future health care needs are becoming more focused on prevention in order to avoid rising costs associated with chronic conditions and related disability, and an ageing population.
More than 60% of the course teaching is spent in practical sessions to ensure the necessary skills and experience for working in the field of physical activity/exercise in health and disease.
