The Bachelor in International Business Administration at MBS is a three-year, license-grade program designed to blend academic excellence, professional immersion, and global exposure. Taught in French/English tracks with a 100% English option in year 3, it offers three specializations—International Business, Digital Marketing & AI, and Luxury Management—plus an International Mobility pathway enabling 12–18 months abroad with transfer credits or a double degree at selected partners. Learning is practice-oriented (case work, COIL projects, business games, sustainability hackathons), with mandatory internships, optional gap year, and the possibility of apprenticeships (work-study) from year 2 on the Montpellier or Paris campuses; a new Cork campus further expands the international ecosystem. Graduates earn a state-recognized Bac+3 diploma (RNCP38756, level 6) that confers the Licence grade, opening direct entry to the job market or progression to Master-level studies (including MBS’s Grande École Program or MScs). The school is triple-accredited (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) and anchors its pedagogy in ethics, openness, diversity, and sustainability, supported by a robust Career Center and a large global alumni network.
Indicative tuition for a 2026 first-year start is €9,990 (Year 1), €11,000 (Year 2), and €12,000 (Year 3)—€0 in years 2–3 when on apprenticeship, as host companies cover full tuition and pay a salary. Amounts are informative/non-contractual and may change. To support affordability, MBS offers multiple funding mechanisms: apprenticeships with unlimited places from year 2; on-campus monitoring jobs (10h/week, 6–7 months) and jobbing roles (~9 months) to help finance studies; scholarships (CROUS eligibility; Merit Scholarship €2,500 for top entrance-exam results; Admission Handicap Scholarship €3,500 for eligible students with RQTH; Excellence Scholarships on social/academic criteria; Erasmus+ and Mouv’Occitanie for mobility); as well as bank loans at partner rates and tuition installment plans with interest-free deferred repayment based on social criteria. Apprentices who face commuting or dual-housing costs may also apply for the App’titude support.
Admission routes include first-year entry via Parcoursup (for holders of a French baccalaureate or equivalent) and direct entry into year 2 or year 3 depending on previously validated higher-education credits (Bac+1/Bac+2). The national Bachelor selection process combines a personality interview and an online English test; MBS also runs free prep sessions on campus or online. There is a January intake in Montpellier for students seeking mid-year reorientation. The program is accessible to high-level student-athletes with tailored flexibility and can also be joined via VAE or continuing professional education. Application windows run from October to August for the competitive admissions track; exam fees are €60 (reduced to €30 for CROUS scholarship holders).
