Thanks to the MBA Director in International Hospitality, Wine & Spirit specialisation, I was able to combine my passion for wine with demanding training in management and hospitality, which has structured my entire career.

After building up my experience in prestigious Grands Crus Classés, I was able to invest in and take over the reins of Château de Malle, which is classified as a Grand Cru and a Historic Monument.

Today, I'm the director and owner, with the aim of bringing together heritage, wine, culture and hospitality in a deeply human and demanding approach.

I see Malle as a lively wine and culture destination, combining garden art, historic events, inspiring seminars and exceptional wine tastings.

My training at Vatel Bordeaux remains the solid foundation on which this passionate adventure rests."

"My experience at Vatel Bordeaux has been enriching. I’ve had the opportunity to truly explore the hospitality industry thanks to our practical trainings and two mandatory internships. The school has good network with renowned establishments for these operational trainings and I am so thankful for my experiences which have opened doors for me.

At the same time, during our time at school, our teachers provide us with great insights in each of their mastered fields and allowed us to grasp a good understanding of the management aspects of hospitality.

Bordeaux is a charming city with good food, beautiful architecture and a welcoming atmosphere.
